Eugenics.... Because evolution is too slow and Democrats have put an end to natural selection as far as humans go.
No more will we let the masses drag us down to their level. No more will we protect people from themselves. No more warning hot coffee is served hot, no more this cape won't let you fly. No, we are done with all that.
Because when you protect the useless, worthles, and stupid from themselves, they are able to survive and breed. Without natural selection to control their numbers the few become many. Because with all their faults, flaws, and inabilities, the one thing they can do is reproduce and in staggering numbers. When you combine this with a democratic system where you give these lesser humans equal rights it is only a matter of time until things degrade beyond repair. Because these morons breed and breed and breed, and all of them have the right to vote, and as their numbers grow so grows their influence, or rather the power of those who can influence them. Before long they start to bring down the average level of intelligence of the population and the world starts being "Dumbed Down". In a scociety where the majority rule, the minority, the lessers, the useless need only breed themselves into a position of numbers and then they can influence change.

Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land.
