USPS Flat rate box Grab bags. first shipments have arrived

So last weekend I did some cleaning and realized I have a ton of stuff I don't need and don't really want.

Since we are a pretty tight community I figure something like this might work... I think it has been mentioned before on the boards...

someone sends you $10 and in return you send out a flat rate box filled with all sorts of random goodies. Post up pics of what you get and discuss the randomness that was sent.

Anyone interested?

I don't think the cab will fit into a USPS Flat Rate box.

I'd do it. I'm slimming down my game collection and I have a bunch of DVDs/Asian VCDs that need a good home.

Why not just organize it like a Secret Santa? That way you don't even have to bother collecting the 10 dollars because everyone that sends will be receiving a box as well.

PM would probly be the better way honestly, that way no messages are accidently overlooked once you start getting 400 replies on a single post.

Random goodness and you just never know what you'll get. Probably will be cool if people throw in all sorts of non-video game stuff as well. As long as it's not nasty like sticky Hustlers.

that would be the thread I was thinking of.... just modified like a secret santa in july i guess.... with more randomness and have it be an on going thing and not a one time thing.

that would work too, but would require more organization to make sure that everyone is getting something and would require time to set up.

So, the next question is, should people list what they could find in a grab bag from them, like I have two grab bags with items related to:

comics, video games arcade items, and toys.

and then people could PM them that are interested?

or just post up that you have or want a grab bag?

I think it should remain a grab bag so no disclosing or requesting certain things to be in it.
