That's the question I always had. If the evidence was so concrete, if it was so clear and obvious Jackson was guilty, what got him off?
Did the police make a mistake in the evidence handling? Was the district attorney incompetent?
What didn't law enforcement do to get a conviction?

Sorta sums up my feelings. My first thought was this must be what people felt like when Elvis & Lennon passed. I still remember the anticipation of the "Black or White" video. Wasn't that a multi-network premiere? I just remember waiting until after The Simpsons for it to come on. At least that's what I've got in my head. But it was an event, that Jam & Scream. No one else in my lifetime has had that impact.
And Invincible might have been passable if it weren't for all the guest rappers. Corey Feldman probably told him to do that shit.

Still - even if Jackson never molested a child his relationship with these kids and the whole Neverland Ranch thing were truly bizarre.
It's very clear he was deeply disturbed in some fashion - perhaps the trauma of being a child star and his rapid rise to fame proved to be too much for him to handle?

Lol! First time I heard about the "confession" was from a local radio station. They made it sound like it was confirmed news.
