To be fair, if somebody would've made an MJ thread last week there would've been plenty of people saying the same thing. It's not like his death has sparked this mass diss-taste for the guy; it's always been there and will always continue to be. Death in and of itself does not grant somebody respect they may not have previously had. Everybody dies. It's how you live, and that's how most people are judged. And believe me, everybody here judges.
Now that's just mean! Funny as hell but mean![]()
bad taste but oh well

WHO CARES? 30 years? I wouldn't trade the last 150 years of pop music for the welfare of even 1 kid. Why don't we just have blood sacrifices if pop music is so fucking important -- more than people's lives.
If he was a child molester -- IF, I say -- then all the singing and dancing in the world doesn't cancel that out. Great art is a wonderful thing, but come on.
lol

yesterday was the 25th anniversary of purple rain

Demerol is fucking awesome.
Hitler did some good things for Germany...
I think a lot of us are right there with you. But you have to at least not hide from the possibility that it happened. What we do know is that he had little kids sleep over at his house unsupervised by their parents (or anyone). We do know that whatever might or might not have happened, after he got in legal trouble because of it, he was not able to control his own behavior and not put himself in the same position again, despite how he knew it would look. This inability to rein himself in (in spite of his own best interests) is a huge danger sign -- the kind you see in serial killers and serial rapists. Therefore, I'm wary of condemning him over that.

So much whining in this thread.
He's the greatest performer of our lifetime and that's the way we should remember him. It's a shame his work is overshadowed by his personal life.
RIP Michael.
And in the case of Famicommander, you're guilty until CNN, Fox News, and CBS proves you innocent.![]()
(...lol)(...in peace)
Michael Jackson's concerts were amazing! I think he's way better live than in studio albums, but I do like the J5 stuff better on studio than live. MJ's concerts were on the same vein with John Lennon, Bee Gees, Chicago, EW&F, stuff like that, the music was arranged so different from studio that it sounded way richer than it was originally inteded to be.and most probably wouldn't have been eager to go and see his final tour either, but death makes people big fans again.
Because crime is bad only when it happens to you, right?lol damn Abs, did he diddle you or something?
