Lovely arcade sticks ecksnine!

Would you happen to have any Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike artwork? In particular artwork of the character Hugo? If not, does anyone know where I can find some?

Keep up the good work! :buttrock:

Here's a mahogany box I sent out today.

Custom art by Dennis Jenkins. The original art was Neo-Geo.
Changed to capcom by preference of the customer.

UPDATE: I've been playing this stick like a mad man - never misses a beat.

The thing is super solid, and works CRAZY GOOD.

I'm glad galfy is getting a stick - I knew I'd convince you buddy :)

C'mon dubs, try and catch up with the srk boys.

I like the stick but I just hate 8 buttons and it seems kind of odd to have 8 buttons with a theme for a game that uses 2, excellent craftsmanship though.

yea putting the art in the buttons is popular these days with the arcade stick nerds. not really a fan of it personally, but it does let you use art that would regularly be covered by buttons.

im also not a fan of 8 button sticks at all.

A swordsmith's work is dictated by the discipline that he weilds.

Oh, and @butta/electricgrave...

I can't come up with anything ATM so I'll leave the name calling to butta but c'mon break that barrier and find your true self with 6 buttons, you know you wanna and you know you feel weak doing the 8 button deal.

I find that everygame I play is way more enjoyable when I play them with the respective amount of buttons along with proper layouts, but I'll admit it I used to make 8 button sticks as well, but I'm thankfull that phase is over.

Edit: I seen someone post a link to a very helpfull site with woodwork tips, soldering tips, and other kinds of building stick tips, I thought it was you X9 and I thought it was here in this thread, but I searched for it and couldn't find the link, could someone be kind enough to help me out and post the link again? I think it's time I get back into the fold and go up a few levels on my woodwork, X9's work is truly inspirational and I've been dodging the natural wood look for a long time. This site has very detailed instructions when it comes to wet sanding and what have you and that's where I'm lacking, plus some bracing tips would be most welcomed as well.

Well I don't think it was me bro. I am more of the freeballin type. Most of the stuff I do I figured out with trial and error. But I am ALWAYS trying new stuff, thats what keeps this whole thing fun and interesting. Honestly, a lot of it is practice, as im sure you know. When it comes to wood, nothing ever comes out at a perfect angle like you think it will, so a lot of my top plate and plexi cuts are semi-freehand on the table saw. I have gotten pretty good at it, but I screwed up a good amount of material figuring it all out, thats just how it goes. If you ever have any specific questions, feel free to fire away and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
