It's probably easier than you think. Homemade ice cream in particular isn't that tough, but it can be a bit labour intensive... Totally worth it though.

I'm really new here, however, my hobbies are: collecting House Vinyl, horse back riding, my work (yup unfortunately I have to remain updated), reefer action as well, my Neo, my car and my new house.
I also produce (and of course spin) Hardcore or Gabber music. Are you guys familiar with that kind of music?

-I'm into mechanical watches: I just have two since it's quite expensive (one Rolex Oyster Datejust and a Tag Heuer monaco vintage) but I have a serious interest in watchemaking
-Off-road: I have a '07 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I go off-roading with a team once a month
-Sport car: I bought recently a Renault Twingo RS to my girl and I plan to track it soon.
-Wines: Coming from the place where they produce Champagne in France, I grew with this culture and I train my taste to be able to enjoy fine wines.
-Tokusatsu movies: It sound weird after reading all this but I watched tons of Sci-fi live action movies when I was a kid and it never get away from me.
