from which countries the stages in KOF99-2000, 2002 and upper, and CVS1/chaos?
i mean, i guess that Krizalid's background is in Ireland, and Kusanagi's looked to be in egypt. the train stage in CVS is in USA (written on the train). but what about the rest?
and 2 stages in CVS2 that i didn't understand: one in Denemark/netherlands, and one in ice?
