I applaud your creative work here and I mean no disrespect.
But, KOF MIRA and probably most of the games coming out on Type X2 will probably be published on nice space saving shiny discs with lots of extras for next gen home systems. Not to mention next gen systems also offer HDs, DVD, HDDVD players.. At this point, there doesn't seem to be much of a point to buying/owning recent arcade software.
The Neo-Geo was a unique thing, arcade games brought home unchanged and made for home use in an age of underpowered home systems. In the last few years home technology made this a thing of the past as there is no arcade at home type system out now. Look at how much better KOF XI is on the PS2 compared to the arcade; better graphics and sound, loads of extras, and pretty much no load time.
Still, looking at that pic, it's pretty amazing to see we're in the age of low cost memory that can be 80,000 thousand megabytes or more; it's pretty amusing when you see how old neo games touted 55 megabits on their box art.
