This I wouldn't worry about, as long as you get your item/s (and you will.)
Vwlunatic if it is his auction perhaps had the goods ready to sell on anyway
Does'nt mean he listed it personally tho...
Not a suprise, he is a busy trader and in none of my dealings did I ever have an issue with ever...

I was pretty surprised to see this post before even getting a PM from xmods...

Ok well hes contacted me and i think we've worked it out. He should be shipping my games to me sometime in the next day or so. I wouldn't have made this thread except it just looked very funny when i got a pm this morning saying he hasn't even opened the package and then i go on ebay and see one of the items i sent him for sale. Anyhow i'll delete this thread shortly once i figure out how :/

No actually he got back ahold of me and admitted that he did list it on ebay. He said he had some other things to list and figured he might as well list it as well. Normally i wouldn't have a problem, except he listed it before completing the trade, which is not how things should be done. The way this should have went is:
1. We made a deal.
2. I shipped him my items first as i have no feedback.
3. He recieved my items and tests them.
4. He then notifys me that he is shipping the items he promised in the trade.
5. He ships me the items he promised in the trade.
6. I recieve them and test them.
7. Then i notify him everything is good and the trade is a done deal.
8. Then he lists the items i sent him on ebay.
Had this transaction went as stated above it would have been perfect and none of this would have ever come to light. But anyways its all taken care of and hopefully i'll be getting the items he promised. Anyhow this isn't a thread to bash anyone i just wanted peoples opinion on the situation. Thanks for everyone input.

It's very unlikely a mod will delete your thread, you and your seller
would have to PM a market place mod... More chance it would be
left as example to others.
This forum is not like any other you will come across or know well,
I wouldn't even consider those the proving grounds...
As a buyer and seller I can tell you the majority of people on this site regardless
of feedback wont be complacent in sales... The amount of money that
moves thru the site day to day ? They can ill afford to be.
I've dealt with vwlunatic personally a few times and many others,
me I'll come across a little rough around the edges and it's fair to say
I'm a very mercurial man, but when it comes to sell and trade...
Forget about it !... Were not on this site to fuck about point being.
You'll be hard pushed to find error with competent and well
practised traders... Allow for a personal life.
Respect who you deal with and you'll find the same,
you've done yourself no favours today... Learn from it and move on.
