If I remember from seeing a copy on Ebay before, wasn't this game more or less the boot of 2003 where they only made the bosses available on the character select screen?

[EDIT]Nevermind its the boot of 2002, with all the hidden characters activated and all the screens from other games like garou and previous KOF's that don't match at all.

My initial post was only to show the how badly the 4 was pasted on. You need to read the post before replying dude.

Crappy bootlegs are funny as it is, but this guy didn't even try. He just stuck on some sticker and called it good. You know you should get out of the bootlegging business once you use stickers. Good times.
