What makes me laugh is there is so much TOUGH talk about man i wish i knew where he lived so i could sort him out .. yet no one ever has . then you hear if only i lived near him... well all these ppl who have been scammed by him must be a huge percentage of neo geo owners which also means if they can afford expensive games can afford plane tickets or travel costs, yet its the same ole shit

I remember VanillaThunder was talking about tracing Japhei like, a year ago, he says he used to be a tracker or some shit like that, and then, nothing ever came of it.

I'm gathering that either people can't be bothered to recover their hundreds of dollars, or no one like Merc has yet to be scammed by Japhei.

Because you know Merc will not take shit from anyone... or at least, that is what his online persona suggests.

I used to be a probation officer. I forwarded what the information I found to the people who asked for it. I can't say much more than that about it.

There are right ways and wrong ways to deal with this situation. Beating the shit out of someone, while incredibly satisfying won't make anything better and only goes to hurt yourself more.

E-thuggs aside, it's not worth the effort or time to talk shit about something you can do little about outside of "official" channels of recovery.

I have made it a mission in life not to deal with him if I can help it because I don't particularly feel like Storm Riding if he decided to screw me over... because my own personal code would dictate that I regulate. With a daughter coming into my life I have to learn to cool it a bit (though not my heated opinons on things), and someone like that would not be worth me going to jail over, or spending the rest of my life on the run. Thus I don't even give him a thought. Honestly when I think about it, these days I'd rather ruin a person's reputation in their community through a covert smear operation than to beat them up. Let them be paranoid I say. However, if one is within my own state I still might just drive somewhere, recon the area and regulate anyway.
