the price of this game has been jacked up by a member of these boards i was going to bid but there is no way i will ever pay that for a pocket game the jacker is markie mark shame shame

I still don't foresee US games spinning out of control like the UK counterparts, but then again, you never know.

i would think a few more reversi games will now appear on egay people will be very tempted to sell when they see it go for that price

Hmmm, the buyer is London based.
He's also bought quite a few others.
Either money isn't an issue (and who can blame him - it's his money after all) , or he's got a buyer lined up already.
I suspect he's an Edge Retro reader who has found something else to collect. We all go on about how great the NGPC is, so shouldn't be surprised if newbies agree.
Any bets on when the next PR goes up for auction ?

What happened to his other 5 games? I thought he was selling the complete collection? Or had he sold some already? eye eye

All the price were a bit manic, even some of the stuff i sold earlier went higher than i wouldnormally expect.

Still, can't complain........ :p

EWhat gets me is that during the lat few hours Ebay uk has been a total mess within two hours one copy of metal slug 2 went for £66 (WTF) and another went for UNDER £20. it's total madness.

Now we all know that this frenzy is down to the edge article and we all know that this will die down within a year and prices will (probably) fall off again but with all this hysteria prices are just to stupid to comprehend identicle games seemed to be getting polorised prices just depending on how far to the end of bidding they were!

it would be quite funny if a large amount of pocket reversi were found in a warehouse or the back of a shop somewhere well you can but dream :)
