I love that Daigo vid. It's not the fact that he parried the whole thing, but the circumstances he was under when he did it. Like Diavle said, you gotta keep your head on straight when you're pulling something like that off when people are screaming and everything is on the line in the final round with zero vitality.

Justin deserved it, too. He could've easily super canceled from her projectile to screw up the parry timing but didn't for whatever reason. The video clip is quality stuff, especially when most tournament matches are kind of boring and half-expected when you go into watching it.

I have a crazy good Japan 5 on 5 cup that has some fucking crazy low-tier players that make you think twice of tier rankings. There's 5 parts and I only have part 1, I should find it and upload it. I got a few things on http://www.vgtab.net/videos/

On the Evolution 2k4 DVD, there's a much clearer version of the Daigo/Justin clip in the bonus "Seth Cam" sequences. Daigo looked pretty concentrated to the point that to him there was no crowd. There was prolly no need for him to have mental toughness.

Everything you gotta click is along the left side of the screen with the icons with teddy bears in them.

Scroll down and click "Match Videos and Results"

Then look left again scroll down, click "Download Match Movies".

I really, really like it when match uploaders indiciate what characters are used in each match and this update on CF's is the best implementation of this great method of posting match vids. However, credit goes to newchallenger.net for the idea first.

The reason I like the indication of characters used so much is cuz I'm sick and tired of nothing but f*kin Choi, Billy, Athena, Chris, Benimaru KOF matches and f*kin Bison, Cammy, Blanka, Sagat CvS2 matches, so when its posted what characters are used I can just skip the top tier whoring matches. I'm sure others feel the same way as well. ^^

Edit: err..these matches arent as top tier as cyberfanatics other matches, but still good stuff

well, im not surprised since your isp was pretty horrible...mine is as well sometimes...

I hope when I get Xbox live for all these SNK games coming that it will be a better experience than Kailerra.

Oh man, I have several of the Pakistani KoF2000 matches. Whoever's Vanessa it was was dope as hell.

Anybody have any links to Samurai Shodown IV vids? I know it isn't exaclty tearing up the competitive scene, but I'm really into it now, and I could use the help/inspiration a good match vid could provide :D

Hey, that's cool to see some 2nd Impact vids (Fran, there's some original SF III in your vids as well). There were some good combos and it helped me remind of this game. I haven't seen it for years now, and i spent so much time on it. Man, the backgrounds were great. I wish they were so cool in 3rd Strike.

Are those vids the ones from Howardarena.com ?

If so, these are pretty much insane garou matches. Top notch battles indeed. :buttrock:

yeah he gets props for bringing that concept of character smily indicators. I actually met the administrator of newchallenger.net, he's pretty cool. And this whole thread can help me in the long run, because he just made me a moderator of the NC forums and I can post updates to footage and cover for him when he's not around.
