how do i unlock akuma in sf 0?
he appears in the random character selection screen
any tips?

If you're playing a home verision, i.e. Saturn, PSX, or PC port--Hold your button that covers all three Kick Buttons and press Punch or Kick. Press the button set for all three Punches to select M.Bision, and hold both the buttons of 3K, 3P to select Dan.
