Every console version and emulator of a Metal Slug game I ever tried, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, Mame all lag when there a sudden rush of enemy soldiers in the screen
That's why you play them on an AES, MVS, or NCD
I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it, but I think in AOF3, once you played the game on a certain character's birthday, you basically had an unlimited ability to use your super desperation moves. Neat idea. Very nice list.

That print station is so sweet....what are the dimensions to that thing?
Most sources claim the Atari 2600 was supported from 1977 to 1992, which makes it 15 years. The PS2 hasn't been officially canned yet.
Also, for perspective, the CPS2 had similarly long support from Capcom, with new releases in the early 2000s.
