Agree completely. It's an intentionally deceptive ad. Apparently, Kenny has no qualms about ripping others off and then trying to get good deals for himself, the cheap bastard.
It's particularly telling Kenny, that not only do you not indicate it is a conversion in the title but that you do not change the typeface, bold, or otherwise highlight the fact that it is a conversion. You are counting on bidders to look at the picture and buy and you know some bidders will do just that.
Kenny, it has been established that you are a price jacking bitch but this is on another level altogether. Even for you, this is low. Your auction shows that you have questionable/non-existant integrity. And don't give us this outraged shit. You're a fraudulent seller by your own admission. Thanks for pointing it out.</strong><hr></blockquote>
You've got to be kidding.
It's not my fault you live in a trailer and your parents never taught you how to read.........
I didn't hide anything concerning that conversion.
I disclosed ALL information, stating that it was NOT AN OFFICIAL/AUTHENTIC cart.
It's your duty, as a bidder, to read thru the seller's description/notices/policies. I put it in plain english.
If your TOO LAZY to read thru an item's description, than you have no one to blame but yourself.

BTW Kenny, you sold the cart to Cole on the forum fpr $400+...give me a break..it sold for a lot less for sure.
But then you did not post it again on the forums, but tried Ebay searching for buyers not aware or expert in neo geo home carts.</strong><hr></blockquote>
Wrong......
Cole purchased it for less than $300.
I'll have him post to back up my words.

Nothing to back up.
$300 is NOT $400++.
You just caught a newbie on ebay.
And you did more money.
As I said Charlie,Kenny DID state it was a conversion but the way it was done helped to cheat potential ignorant buyers.
OF COURSE is buyer's fault..I said it from the beginning.
But the real intention of Kenny Boy was clear from the beginning as well.
I may be an ignorant buyer, but I would love to see a more respecatable seller marking the fact it is a conversion and marking it well.
Not blending it in a lot of text.
Ever given a look to Carlson's auctions?
Try to learn how to do a FAIR auction.

I don't expect an answer because it's painfully obvious that you're scum. You've got to learn to live with yourself first Kenny. Admit to yourself that you have no integrity. Then maybe you can become a decent human being.</strong><hr></blockquote>
There is nothing for me to say. I have said all I needed too.
I post all auctions the same. The title did not have enough room for me to write "Conversion". I feel it MORE necessary to put in the words "Neo Geo, System, SNK, Metal Slug 2, US, AES.
I mentioned that this game was a conversion THREE times in my description.
I ALWAYS post pictures of the ACTUAL item for sale. In this instance, it was a Metal Slug 2 Conversion which looked VERY similiar to the authentic release. Am I supposed to take a picture of a different cartridge?
I was VERY clear in my description. I stated that the game did not work perfectly all the time.
This is not an act of deceipt. I started this auction out @ $1 withOUT a RESERVE.
I have NO CONTROL over what the bid elevates too. How on earth can you hold me responsible for the price reaching $485? All bids were legit, by NON-ZERO bidders.
You people who disagree with me will ALWAYS find SOMETHING wrong with my auctions/sales.
None of you (critics) are man enough to come out and have the decency to see "eye to eye" with me on this.
I welcome more critiscim...........

---INFACT you generally sell authentic home carts on ebay.
One more factor which helped confusion.---
I mentioned that this game was a conversion THREE times in my description.
--ALL 3 times BLENEDED in the text---

--WATERMARK it---
I was VERY clear in my description. I stated that the game did not work perfectly all the time.
---blended in the text again and put in a very light way---

to be honest Sal you have brought a little ray of light in as i didnt see this until now
yes i was offended by the iq remark and to be honest i didnt actually know your comment was tongue and cheek
maybe it was because the hackles were up or i was tired - but i didnt click - sorry
but i wasnt taking anybodys side, just the iq remark annoyed me , infact my intention was to defend Tarma for not liking the game as its his choice
by the end of the day i'm not offended by the comments but what was worrying me was a member talking to Tarma privately telling him i was spreading malicious crap about him - which is totally untrue
thats what i was reading into too - again i could be wrong
yes - i dont mind Jorge, infact i find his neo enthusiasm encouraging, but i also scolded xtoo for ruining a perfectly good selling thread

Answer that question (if you can)</strong><hr></blockquote>
I didn't feel it was necessary for the use of BOLD text since I mentioned it THREE times in the description.
I feel that it is your duty to READ thru the item's description ENTIRELY if your willing to drop down $$$.
I ALWAYS read over descriptions 2 or 3 times before I even THINK about placing a bid, especially if the item is hundreds of dollars.
You can call me anything you want; I'll disagree with you till the end.

Then when he answers that question, why don't you explain why the buyer didn't read the auction and at the least ask questions?
This is a clear case of being a fluke. It was all laid out in the auction that this was a conversion (mentioned at least twice) and had a small paragraph dedicated to saying it was malfunctioning.
This thread is so full of shit.

Have none of you ever bought a car, a home, filled out for a credit card or a loan? Did you read all the details of said agreement? Did the header to the paperwork mention the fact that if you were late on one payment, then that wonderful 12 months same as cash you had going is now nullified and you get hammer by the back interest? I bet it didn't.
Point is that there is only so much space that you can use for a title on en eBay title. All the details of the auction are listed in the desription along with perhaps payment and shipping options.
If a bidder doesn't read the auction or ask questions no way can the blame lie on the seller. All the details were laid out in front. There was no blending of text. All someone had to do was read it.

A fluke that happened easy thanks to:
same header and same(or perfect equal) picture of the REAL SNK AUTHENTIC Metal slug 2 Kenny sold previously.
If there is no enough space in the header, better leave out the world SNK or others and put CONV or CONVERTED.

It's so sad that you are so mentally challenged.
What Kenny did was fraudulent. It's called constructive fraud. Ask an attorney. And next time someone screws you over like Kenny did to the buyer here I'd like to see what your opinion is then dipshit.

Judging by the fact that the bidders must have not read the description of the auction, what makes you think having CONVERTED or CONV in the title would have helped? I think a more important fact is that it doesn't even work correctly. Don't you think that fact is even more important than the fact it is a conversion?
Or does that tidbit not matter, since it has no bearing on the price guide pricing?
Again, this was a fluke.
