I don't know if any of you cats have seen this guy's site or not, but just in case you haven't, get your asses over there!

Some of you I'm sure will be more familiar with Mr. Nieborg's art than me. I only recently came across it, and have to admit that I missed out on the games he did that got ported over to the Sega CD. But check out that detail! You may not work with pixels, but it's inspiring nonetheless. Enjoy!

Also, he lists the Metal Slug series as one of his favorite games!

Yeah, looking through his art, I can easily see why he'd gravitate towards Metal Slug games.

I'd like to see some of his pixel art make it into a new platformer for the Neo Geo. I think if he tried to incorporate his style into the Slug series, it'd be a tad out of place.
