Been Curious for years, should Shawn and Judge Dredd perhaps be interviewed and asked "How did you two start the Neo Geo Forum, and was anyone else included during the creation of this website we have grown to love for years now?" It's a simple burning question that I have been asked by others, so maybe we all need a good history lesson, on Who, What, When, Where, and Why Neo-Geo.Com's Website and Forum was created for in the first place.
