Suggestion on my Akuma flash intro

I was thinking, of having the Akuma picture that is in the intro of Super street fighter 2 turbo be the picture that fades from small to big, though I am still trying to figure out what to do next.
Pen and pad doesn't help me on things like this, I need some suggestions of what I should do with this.

Make sure you don't mess the frames.
It good to see different Akuma from different SF, how about scence of his attacks.
