"K" Groove...

I've been using nothing but the K groove lately because I'm most familiar with Samurai Shodown--I've been playing as Mai with the K groove--is this stupid, or is it just a matter of preference?

I would say it's just preference. You'll me amazed at teh weird combinations that people use sometimes character wise or groove wise.

my k-groove kim is my best character unfortunatly my other best characters dont work well with k groove.bah

K-groove Athena works very well for me since I use her command throw every now and then to setup her level three super.

K-groove does have some good uses if you can effectively just defend consistantly which helps out. Also when you are in rage mode you do more damage with your normal and special moves. It's one of my favorite grooves to use.

If you don't rely on the level one and level two supers, then playing K groove is good.
I saw a friend of mine, rule the machine with Ratio 4, K groove Dan.
K groove Mai,is very dangerous, if you know how to play.
