what is the best version of capcom vs snk 2?

i just got capcom vs snk 2 for ps2 but i heard from a local retailer that the dc version was better than this one if so how they said in every aspect but seeing as how i don't belive him it sounds like a crock of s--- if you ask me and more people seem to carry the dc version than the ps2 version why is this because you cannot mod a ps2 safly yet?

if you pick at games like myself, youll find some difference...ps2 seems to load a little slower, not to noticable...also backgrounds tend to not look as smooth...against, not so noticable...things like that....

you have to look at it like this...
CvsS2 = naomi hardware
Naomi hardware = DC inspired
ps2= sony inspired

so to simply port a game on naomi board to a naomi board based console is rather easy...were as porting to the ps2 is a bit harder...the differences are minor at most, and you really arent missing much, there is no shame in owning capcom vs snk 2 on your ps2...

the differences between the dc and ps2 version are very marginal exept the dc's CVS2 graphics are a little smoother and the game loads a tad faster than the ps2 version.the ps2 version is a little more colourful though.

DC = fan disk
fan disk = some matches you cna save on to your mem card and view later when playing the CvS2 disk.

The dreamcast version is superior, because the Naomi was based on the Dreamcast hardwear. Since Capcom vs. SNK 2 is a Naomi game.
