Is it just me, or is that Leona and Heidern (with red clothing)?
For feck's sake, if they are just going to be backgrounders like Billy Kane and Goro in the first, I will personally ensue a murderous vendetta against Capcom.

according to Punchinello at the Higher Voltage boards, that second figure is not Heidern, it's falcon from Power Stone.

eh. i just realised how very stupid i feel examining those photos... ah well.
like i said, the people at Capcom who authorised the cahracters such as Maki, Todoh, and Eagle are a bunch of f*cktards. of all the other loved characters, and they put in this bunch?
no offense, but no one was desperately hoping for these characters to appear in CvS2 and went into a killing frenzy because they weren't in the original CvS. we wanted a dream match, with the secondary/sidekick characters.
it's like giving out the gold medal, snubbing the 2nd and 3rd place getters and giving the guy coming in dead last the wooden spoon. </stupid analogy>
i think i've complained enough today...

I felt the same way at first..... but now I can see the logic behind it. New Blood! Noone has ever played as Eagle before, so he's a totally new character, same with Maki. Todoh also may as well be a new fighter, seeing as he hasn't been seen since AOF 1....... should be a great game. Expect some more hidden fighters though, hopefully more than last time <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">
