Of course, if there were any three big fighting game franchises in the 90s, they'd be SF, KOF, and MK. MK stock has hit a low, SF is at a near standstill, and every year we look for a new KOF.

But what about those lesser known games that were designed to be competition the "big players", like Killer Instinct, Primal Rage, or something along those lines, but ultimately got lost in time, and getting a reputation as a me-too game? What do you think of them and do you think that they would one, make a comeback, and two, crossover with SF, KOF, or MK?

Eternal Champions and Brutal: Paws of Fury were two of my favorite fighters back in the Genesis days. Weapon Lord was another game that was pretty cool, but I dont think it caught on very well.

How were the SNES and Genesis versions of that game?

Did they have a 4PL option?

They allow you to play up to four players in tag team mode.
