I know there is a recent thread for crappiest supers, so here's the best ones.

SNK
Athena- Psycho 9 (I think that's it)
B. Jenet- Many Many Torpedos
Rock Howard or Geese Howard- Raging Storm

CAPCOM
Chun-Li- Kikou-Shou (AKA The Bubble)
Morrigan- Soul Eraser
Strider Hiryu- Ragnarok

I believe the best looking "Flashy Super" is Haohmaru's Slash DM in SS3. The screen flashes all red and could make anyone have a seziure.

Gouki´s Shungoukusatsu (Raging Demon) looks boring! Just a black screen no animations! A proof that Capcom is lazy!

His Kongoukokuretsuzan rocks more! At least it is animated!

i like hibiki's super the most. i forgot which one though but i remember it looked cool in Last Blade 2.

Ryu: Shin Shoryuken...just looks so badass
Morrigan: LV.3 super....SWEET!!!!
S.Akuma: other LV.3 (not Raging Demon)...must add it....DAMN!!!

SS64:
Hanzo Bust: the bone breaks and the damage...doesn't get any better.
Hanzo Slash: so many stars...nasty slice...and the bomb...good lord!!!
Genjuro Both: the camera angles on each slice on the way up....and the final cut at the end...just awesome!

My favorite has to be Setsuna's desperation super in LB2. The one where he paints blood on what appears to be a glass panel and then reaches in and grabs your soul. Then he proceeds to crush it and the opponenet falls down.

Fuck you. Chun-Li's Kikou-shou was awesome lookin', IMHO. She does that little turn around and it sort of explodes from her hands... I always thought it was one of the better shinkuu-hadouken-style moves in SF... <img src="graemlins/loco.gif" border="0" alt="[Loco]" />

Best Capcom super would be the Zero Gouki Shun-Goku-Satsu in Cyberbots (it's different since you see each blow in the Demon instead of the screen blanking), but for SNK I haven't played as everyone yet. Any suggestions? (I've gone through just Terry and Ryo)

Other cool looking Capcom supers:
  • Anything Dan, especially Chohatsu Shinwa :D
  • Guy's Bushin Musou (forget the third word) super
  • Zangief's Final Atomic Buster
  • Mega Man's Hyper Mega Man
  • Ryu and Ken's team super - Double Shinkuu Hadouken!
