hi i cant help but notice all the ppl that have trouble with theese move so i though id do my best to help out
there are a few tricks to help you pull off theese moves so you dont jump while attempting the rotation
the first would be buffering during a attack for example with zangief do a crouching HK and while the attacks animation is going begin the 360* rotation
another would be while dashing which is basically the same idea. Simply dash forward and while dashing you cant jump so it gives you the opporitunity to do the 360* rotation
same idea applies to jumping just start rotation so when you land on the ground you can intantly throw
the strangest method would be while walking forward but this is also the most important. you dont actually need to hit all 8 corners of the stick you can actually perform a 360* move by only hitting six of the points for example (forward,down forward,down,down back,back,back up, puch)
i actually dont understand how this method works or why the moves are even classified as 360* rotations when really they are not
but it works in cvs
