hi i cant help but notice all the ppl that have trouble with theese move so i though id do my best to help out :)

there are a few tricks to help you pull off theese moves so you dont jump while attempting the rotation

the first would be buffering during a attack for example with zangief do a crouching HK and while the attacks animation is going begin the 360* rotation

another would be while dashing which is basically the same idea. Simply dash forward and while dashing you cant jump so it gives you the opporitunity to do the 360* rotation

same idea applies to jumping just start rotation so when you land on the ground you can intantly throw

the strangest method would be while walking forward but this is also the most important. you dont actually need to hit all 8 corners of the stick you can actually perform a 360* move by only hitting six of the points for example (forward,down forward,down,down back,back,back up, puch)
i actually dont understand how this method works or why the moves are even classified as 360* rotations when really they are not
but it works in cvs

When I use someone like Geif, I usually do the 360 moves when I jump near the opponent, makes a good set up. However, I am usually careful against people with anti-air specials, like the shotos.

and what about the double 360?
Jumping is here the only solution.

You don't have to jump to get a 720, you can apply the same method of buffering a 360. The only thing is you have to do it faster. Also it helps if you use a joystick.

You can also use the recoil animation from a jab. For instance, do a deep jump-in or crossup, low jab, 720.

I'll never understand why Capcom feels a SF command throw has to use either a 360 or a 720 motion?! Is it that big a crime to pull a Vampire and give the grapplers different commmand motions for their throws?! I'm still amazed Alex's standard command throws stayed a HCB motion. I can only wonder if Capcom will ruin the next Vampire title by changing all the command throws to 360. I'm still pissed that Demitri, Bishamon, Victor, and Saquatch's throws were harder to pull off in Savior than they were in Hunter.

Its difficult using 360 or 720 tecnics against rapid or characters with good anti-air,and good jump can using but a 360 in KOF is a ruin because the game play.

If you pick a groove with a roll, you can also do the 360/720 motion while rolling.

As for walk-up 720s...its very hard to do, but possible. Tha Japanese player Chikyuu (sp?) was using Raiden and doing walkup 720s left and right.


oh, and YeldellGW: I see your from Jacksonville Fl. Do I know you on SRK? Do you ever goto any Tourneys? Orlando is having a CvS2 tourney in February.

SRK? Nope. I hang out at ON.com (Orochinagi.com) or the Mad Man Cafe when I'm not here. I'd like to go to some tourneys; but being in the military, I'm constantly expected to be in the area in case the shit hits the fan. Besides; a good cheap player would own me for free. <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

About the only fighter I believe I would stand a chance at would be one of the Vampire titles; or maybe Samurai Shodown.

The 360° commands are plain stupids , you forget to mention that unlike KOF , grapplers , in general , can't combo their grabs out of a jab .
This is stupid .

It's a good thing KOFs don't have that motion. I've seen moves that if KOF was made by Capcom would've had 360 and 720 motions like:

360
Any hcb command move

720
any hcbx2 command super
