I prefer Gill, Urien, Gouki, Yun/Yang, Sean/Oro, and Q. Really incredible music.
As far as who's better - it's painful, but SNK has only gotten worse since 1996 when it comes to fighters. It all started in 1997 with KoF 97. They had a few good tunes but then fucked up with the atmosphere music that they implemented in sacrifice to the usual team/character themes. The only bright spot since then was with Last Blade 1 and 2 (more 2 than 1), and Samurai 64 2. Real Bout 2, MotW, KoF 98 (same shit different game), kof 99, 2000, and fucking the worse ever 2001. It's sad. Metal Slug has been really good, and I honestly liked the music in all the non-fighter. Blazing Star, Shock Troopers 1, 2.
Now with Capcom, their music was fucking lame for a long time. They only recently got better with SFA2. However, the versus series can suck my left one.
