Hey, welcome to the site, Kalninja.

It would be incredible if there could be more games produced for the system... especially 2d ones (though I have no idea what the capabilities of the hyper are for 2d gaming... there is a thread... I'll read it shortly).

The only game I have is Warrior's Rage, and I enjoy it immensely. What are your favorites?

No, It's deader than dead, end of story. No company is gonna revive it.

A company could still make a game for it, but I really doubt that's gonna happen.

Vektorlogic might have done it at one point, but they haven't even released their MVS projects yet.

There won't be any more releases, as there are newer and better (and MUCH more widely installed ) hardware platforms on the market.

The Neo 64 had its chance, and unfortuneately time passed it by.

For the acquiries of SNK, though, it may not be such a bad idea. If they really want to run with the name, I'm sure they could develop games for the Hyper for the next 10 years... just like the original SNK did with the MVS.

You can get a Hyper Motherboard for nearly the same price as an MVS board as well... that's a good attention getter.

Would you like to explain why it's a piece of crap? Because it was unsupported? Think of what they could do on the system if they would have stuck with it.

I'm not saying that it would be logical from a business standpoint, I'm just making note that this machine could produce some amazing games.
