I totally agree with you my friend!
Just one thing, shouldnt Ikaruga related threads be in 'unrelated topics' or its coming out for the NeoGeo?

Technically you're correct, but since so many of this board's members are anxious over the status of this highly anticipated shooting masterpiece, I'm letting the Ikagura threads stay in News & Rumors. Besides, there isn't a whole hell of a lot of legit Neo-Geo "news" to speak of at the moment. We've gotta have something to talk about, and it might as well be Ikagura!

I do not think so. EVERYBODY is thinking that and is buying more than 1 copy. For a game to do a thing like that it has to be a surprise. As of now almost every DC owner (that still likes his console) knows it's coming and has pre-ordered at least one. So did I (only one) and that's all.
We'll see what happens. But I bet that people who will buy more than one will finish having to eat them or selling at around the same price it costed.

The name of that game patience. Let's take a trip down memory lane and observe the selling apttern of Metal Slug X: At first it sells for $268, then price drops slightly, going down where MS3 is now, sitting at $200, after a year the price is over $300. Now you can get it for $350 - some will pay even more.
Or look at Dragon Ball Z GT Final Bout for the US PSX. Same movement. Sharp drop because it sucked and no one wanted to keep it - then some dip ship collectors offered to pay way too much for it and suddenly every dipshit PSX collector (and you can only imagine the population of PSX dipshits versus Neo Geo dipshits relative to the number of PSX owners to Neo Owners).
All in time.
