SvC2 to have 6 Button Format

Wow, cool. I personally prefer 6 buttons to 4 buttons, always have.
I wonder if Capcom will give all the SNK fighters mediums to compensate... or will they all be limited to 4 while the SFers have 6? Who knows.

Well, just wanted to report this lil bit of news....

And last time I checked... none of the SNK-OWNED fighters had weak, medium, and strong button layouts... EXCEPT for 19 specific fighters back in 1995.....

well, Haohmaru and Nakoruru shouldnt be a problem! in Samurai Shodown 1 and 2 you had to hit both slashes to get the HARD slash, both kicks to get HARD kick! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Gonna be interesting to see how Hibiki turns out, in Last Blade 2 theres only one kick button. Wonder if she will be able to repel in any way? Or would that make her over powered?

the game seems to be wonderful but i wonder to know on which version the game will be released(ps2,dc,perhaps xbox).

I think for the SNK characters, Capcom will probably just make their light attacks the light attacks, the hard punch and hard kick their mediums, and make their C+D thrust and command move their fierce and roundhouse. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

The 6-button setup will be better. I think I'm going to skip CvS Pro and wait for 2. NeoRasa- Your idea of what Capcom could do with the other 2 buttons sounds good.

I can see how this would work well:

Yuri: FP could be her CD from KOF, while FK could be the En Yoku (the f+D attack).

King: Let FK be a sliding attack, and FP be her CD attack.

Iori: FK for a double overhead kick (f+D in KoF series).
