Anyone From Asheville, North Carolina?

Today, I officially received my orders to re-located my family from The Republic of South Korea to Asheville, North Carolina. <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0"> I'll have until July 10th to report in to my new boss. It will be a pain in the ASS, but after spending 3 years here and 4 in Germany. We are glad to be going back home. I'm looking for someone who lives in the Asheville area to chat with.

There are a few Neo players as well as myself in the west Triangle area. We're a bit disconnected for now as the local arcade sold its last 6-slot over X-mas, so we've been reduced to house calls for Neo action. <insert violin music here <IMG SRC="smilies/crying.gif" border="0"> >

Supposedly the new mall being opened in 1-2 years will have 2 arcades??? Sounds like a winner-take all grudge match to me... may the owner with the most SNK paraphenalia win!

But back to the subject... to answer your question, I don't know much about the Neo scene is like in Asheville... I would guess that the closest place to bet on finding Neo agents would be Charlotte. (Doesn't that last sentence remind you of the Matrix somehow?)

I don't live there personally, but my grandparents do. My girlfriend and I try to visit them occasionally throughout the year. But being from Michigan makes it a bit difficult to go there as much as I would like. Next time I head down there I'll let you know. By the way, thanks for Cyber Lip!
