Well, I placed an order of about $4,500 worth of merchandize, after trying to get a hold of them on how I can pay for them. They claimed I neglected to pay for the order and they did not place it. I was so angry that I called them and asked to speak to the Manager. Not only did they not let me speak to them, they started swearing at me and saying how I was trying to scam them. They made absolutely no sense. Now they want me to send a money order for $4,500 to them and have them "hold" on to it for some stupid pathetic reason and I should get my shipment in a month or so. Then I asked them about wholesale pricing and such. To my surprise, they don't offer "wholesale" pricing. What is the point of faxing over my business license and Tax ID for?
Also, a few years ago I purchase a Shock Troopers 2 brand new (preorder). They are HORRIBLE with their shipping, no bubble wrap, no popcorn, they just threw it in there. Not only was the outside case of the cart damaged, but the game wasn't working properly. I demanded for my money back. They refused to give me a refund and told me I didnt know what I was doing and I broke it myself..... So I called up my credit card company and reversed the charge and ended up with a broken cart.
