Does anyone know what happened to this game (for the GBA)? Both Gamestop and EB have delisted from their release lists. Does anyone know if this is still coming out in the US? I already have the import one, but I wanted the US version too...

I have been waiting for this game as well. I haven't played the import but what did you think of it? I have heard that some people hate it but some people love it. could you give me your impressions of the game?

I've seen ONE copy in my loacal EB/GAME store, so its out in the UK already.

Its supposed to have really shite AI making it really easy though.

The release date has changed at least 4 times since I can remember keeping track of it... but it doesn't look good. Every time the RD came up, they bumped it back another month.

Does anyone know what company was releasing? Maybe we could check their site or email them?

Maybe they're busy tweaking the AI or something for the US release. I played a rom of the import and the AI was shite.

I hope this doesn't mean that none of the new SNK/Playmore/whatever releases won't come out here. I really want Metal Slug for my GBA. Lilo and Stitch sort of filled the void a little bit, but it would be nice to have the real thing!!!

its out in the UK, i imported one months ago though but then sold it, its good for a hand held beat em up just don't expect it to be arcade perfect.

Yeah, I had one imported as well, but I wasnt really pleased with the game, the voices were wrong, listen to kyo's dragon punch lol ;) , dont expect a really good port, its an just above average fighter imo.....

yes i too was looking forward to this game--the release date was supposed to be this past summer some time but its not out yet in the US and i dont know what the new release date is so who knows

I own the Japanese version and ComBoMasTer is right about the voices being off. It's funny though because when Chang does his victory taunt where he's polishing the ball with his shirt, he makes the moaning noise that he does when he loses. I cracked up the first time I heard that.

I'm not interested in the game unless they fix a LOT for the US release. Frankly this game doesn't come CLOSE to KOF R-2 for NGPC.

Ive had it for a while...

It is good and IMO better than R-2, but its the GBA <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> Can anyone out there actually see the screen?? Its not worth playing. If you really like your GBA, then this is a good port. If someone wants to make me an offer, feel free.

i hope they change it a lot, it got rightly panned in the uk cause it is just not up to the standard of KOF, far to lightweight. shame really....
