KOF 2k2: Clark's new move??

I've read that Clark will be getting a new move called the Shinning Wizard and some people are even claiming that this will prove his superiority in KOF. Honestly, I've seen the move (well not from KOF but from a wrestling game FPW-D) and I'm not impressed especially when you have the running powerbomb and 3x argentina back breaker + DVD as DM and the Clark's Lift and DDT. Do you think that he should have got something more extreme than a running knee, although if Eolith can draw it to an awesome animation it's going to look great. Btw, any one else getting new moves? Also, what moves were removed from Clark to add this one if any.

And yes, I've been living under a rock the past 6 months trying to setup my new career so I didn't have a lot of time on my hands

. Although the Ikari Team has always been my favorite, I appreciate Clark a lot more since KOF 99 especially because of his running tackle.

Anyway, I was also happy to find clark had a new move. Unlike you i don't have even the slightest clue as to what it looks like but who cares, as long as it works and i get to grab somebody then i'm all good, heh(i just love grapplers).

I just wanna know, whats up with the name "Shining Wizard"? The name itself doesn't sound like a grappling move, it sounds more like a damn Gaurdian Force for Final Fantasy or something.

p.s. Fran, tha was unnecessary to mention Goro dammit.

goro 98 is just the strongest,cheapest grappler ever created

all my friends use him and ive had enough

personally,
i prefer shermie and ralf

( hes not a grappler alright but he does have a grab and its so easy and abusable i just love to annoy people with it )

clark is still damn strong in 98 cos you cant stop him,not even with a sweep,when hes running forawrd to grab you

AND that frankesteiner wins against so many dm's

I hope that's a joke because Clark's running powerbomb is already more devastating than a razor's edge (which is a crucifix powerbomb btw).

About the move name, don't ask me why the Japanese comes up with names like this for wrestling moves but this is really how it's called. You can also call it a running knee to the face . Here's a link that might be helpful if you haven't seen the move...

About Goro, wasn't he just a traditional Japanese character with his wooden sandals

. I always love fighting against him with Clark because seeing the DM connecting on such a big guy is quite awesome but I'll admit that Goro is a great grappler too... A bunch of my kicks with Ralf got me ended up on my back a couple of times.

Man i just looked at that little clip of the Shining Wizard and that has the be the gayest move of all time. OH well, it isn't like Clark needed a new move, his arsenal already makes everybody his bitch.

I think the razors edge is one of the coolest wrestling moves ever. Looks better then a power bomb. as amatter of fact i like to think of it as a cooler version of a power bomb.

OK, Pick Ryo and do the following move --> + A. Ryo will do a cut punch from above and Goro will try to grab Ryo. The Ryo punch will simply kick the ass of Goro.

By the way... Goro moves damage much more than Clark ones. nuff said.

Too bad KOF isn't a team game or Spinmaster and I would be a great duo (Him -> Clark, Me -> Ralf).

I should go back playing KOF 98 to see what Shermie can do. But honestly, is there really a weak character in KOF? What I mean is that do you think SNK did some characters to do more damages than others. I know it sounds obvious but the reason I'm asking is because a bad Clark player can make the impression that he is not as good as Shermie who would be picked by a better one. I've been an Ikari Team player only. I know I'm probably missing a lot on the other players but they (Ikari) control my mind to select them each and everytime I opened up my arcade... what's wrong with me <img src="graemlins/tickled.gif" border="0" alt="[Tickled]" />
