I thought I'd let everyone know that my site is finally back in business after a break of a couple of months. I have a new review online and I also added some more of those MVS Shock Box inserts that were entered into my competition a few months back - these should all have been online a long time ago, but I was away for a long time and didn't get round to posting them. I'll be posting up the rest of them steadily over the next week or two.

Thanks,
Kaz

I have found the reviews on your site VERY helpful even before I bought my AES.

Happy to see you back in action. By far the handiest and best site for Neo reviews.

I never told you Kazuya but your site was the first Neo site I would visit regularly to find Neo News and Neo Reviews .

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and all, but you are just plain wrong. Metal Slug 4 is much harder than Metal Slug 3.

Aside from that, thank you for the very nice review.

BJMFH: The MS4 review wasn't my own, it was written by a visitor to the site. I will write one of my own at some point, but I haven't had the chance to play it enough to really comment on it. Hell, I still haven't played MS3 as much as I'd like yet :) (hence the lack of a review from me yet)

Thanks again for all the kind comments!

Sorry about that. I should have read the fine print more closely. I did think that it was kinda odd that the review didn't have your regular scoring system. Once again, I find my foot up my own ass. I look forward to your review with great anticipation.

Thanks again for the killer web site. You are one of the main reasons that I got into the Neo. I was browsing the web one day and came across your site. The game reviews were very well done and the games looked really kick ass. I decided I had to get a Neo thanks to you. Thank you for converting me!

/me blushes... I'm noone special, but I'm glad that so many people find the site useful :)

BJMFH: No need to apologise, any constructive criticism is always welcome anyway :) It's awesome that you got into the Neo Geo - how long have you had a system?

I've had my Neo for almost two years. I wasn't able to afford one until then.

But I've always wanted the system since it's introduction. The Neo Geo has always reprensented the unicorn of gaming for me, meaning a mythical creature that is almost impossible to catch. I used to walk into game stores as little kid always wondering what it would be like to own those huge arcade perfect games. I never thought that I would actually own a Neo.

I had basically given up on ever owning a Neo. Then one day, many years later, I came across your site and that aroused my interest in the system again. As soon as I was done checking your site out, I went to ebay just to see how much they were going for. I could actually afford a Neo now. And now that I that I own one, I'm happier than a pig in shit!

I'll chime in here and say that your site is one of the best NG sites out there. It has sold me on many a game. Thanks.

BJMFH: I know exactly how you feel, that's more or less how I was. I grew up playing on the Neo Geo in the arcades and knew about the home system. Evertime I used to into Telegames (I live near them) and looked at the home system, I wanted one so badly, but it was way out of my reach at the time. I wanted arcade perfect AOF, Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury etc etc (not some lame SNES port), but I never thought I'd ever get round to buying one.

Fast forward a few years though, and I finally had enough cash - so I saved up and decided on buying an MVS and supergun. Like you I've never been happier and I always get a buzz whenever I buy a new cart - it reminds me of how badly I wanted the system all those years ago :)
