Help with socketed Unibios

I would like to know if the mod is bad or if the chip was not burned properly. I keep getting this screen. The pinkish colored screen is when no cart is installed. The greenish screen is when I put a cartridge in. I have included some pics of the mod I have since cleaned up the flux and reflowed solder. I am using a Neo Geo Aes rev 3-6. Before I tried the socketed method, I tried the piggy back method and it was the same. I was able to get pin 2 reconnected during that time and the stock bios worked perfectly. After learning that the piggy back method was unreliable, I chose to go with socketed to see if anything would change and it did not. Unfortunately, I damaged my original bios so I cannot really test it to see. That is why I reached out to you all here.

I don't want to come off as an ass but your soldering needs some work. It could be the angle but it looks like a lot of your fillets are uneven, like you didn't heat the pins and pads up enough. There is also a lot of burnt residue on your board which can affect the bios. I would try again and really let the pins heat up. The solder should fall right into place and they should all be about the same size and shape when done. After that test the continuity of each pin on the bottom to the top of the socket and make sure there's no missed connections. Good luck!

Ok. I did as suggested by @DasiyAge . I was able to find continuity from the socket to the pcb. However, there was no continuity from pin 12 to pin 62 on the 68000 so I jumped a wire and got continuity. Then found there was no continuity between pin 33 and pin 21 on the NEO-EO chip so I tried to do the same and I think I may have messed up. Upon trying to solder to such a small spot I think I lifted pin 21 of the NEO-EO off the board. I was able to get continuity but I am still having issues. I have posted pics of the new mod along with screen shots. Could it be that the chip was not burned correctly? Also, has there been any irreparable damage done to the console if the pin is lifted? The pic with the garbled graphics is with a game installed.

clean up soldering, check all surrounding traces, and for gods sake CLEAN UP ALL THE EXCESS FLUX! Flux can often cause unexpected problems with electronics, as it is often slightly conductive.

These are the three traces I'd check for continuity right away. They are the top side and the easiest to rip:

But definitely also check the full bios pinout listing on Jamma Nation X.
