MVS 4 Slot wont boot up

Hi

Ive just powered on my consolised MVS 4 slot today and i get the issue in the pic below. ive tried booting it with and without a cartridge same issue. ive tried a cart in each slot same thing. Anyone got any advice on where to begin to trouble shoot or what might be the issue.

I would start by verifying the 5V rail is 5V.

What's the amperage on the power supply you are using?

You might also verify you didnt accidentally turn dip switch 8 into the 'on' position.

hi

the dipswitchs have always been set to freeplay. but if you can recormend another setting id be willing to try.

dip switch 8 is pause. Sometimes people will bump it to enabled when messing with their boards and think the board is broken when its just in a paused state.
