Building a CMVS (MV1C) Questions

Hi all im trying to build a CMVS I am buying a MV1C and was unsure if I do need a encoder for this model of neogeo and if so what one should I use or should I build I saw that the "PCE to TV" board was used for the M1FZ but I dont know if that will also work on a MV1C any references or opinions please and thank you all for your valued time.

Are you hooking this up to a Television or an RGB monitor? If you are hooking this up to a TV you will need an encoder?
In regards to PCE to TV,I am not familiar.Please provide a link to that.
You may also want to stop pass the JNX website if you haven't already as he has tutorials on what to do.

I am trying to get this to work on my LED TV I just got I have no CRT Tube tv's atm sadly

and a encoder for scart but I have no idea how to get scart to work on my tv maybe a OSSC?

Yep, sounds good. You can use that amp board (I just used resistors and caps instead) and get an OSSC.
