It was a nice couple days of this thing working and it started showing these pink and green blocks when I turn the mvs on and then it would boot up. Now it just shows this screen like corrupted graphics and it won't do anything. Tried googling but no luck, anybody seen this before?

I have never seen that and I'm not very technically well versed, but I have had multiple MVS boards over the last decade - have you tried the obvious:
-thorough cleaning
-check for battery leakage
-check for bursting capacitors
-check for bad traces
-try different wires (I see tape on there)
-try thoroughly cleaning the cart

Reseat your Bios. If it’s an MV1C and has an NBM, reseat it on the CPU.

Its an MV1B with NBM, I'll give that a try thanks.

Update: Reseated it many times checked every connection. Made sure everything was clean and still nothing.
