Here's a quick list of games I'm looking for but in no rush whatsoever:

Ankoku Densetsu [Legendary Axe 2] (still looking, pm me)

Multi-tap

Alien Crush (low priority)

Ninja Spirits (low priority)

Guhed (low priority)

As the title states: only Japanese games. I don't have a region free PC Engine.

Avenue 3 pad (gots it)

Air Zonk (gots it)

Soldier Blade (found)

Final Soldier (found)

Legendary Axe (got it)

Devil's Crash (got it)

Do you have one for sale? I mean obviously I want original copies of the game and I have a raspberry pi, but I suppose if you have a PC engine everdrive that you want to offload, I might take it off your hands.

Don't even bother bro. Some of those games are kind of pricey now. Just get a ED and use that till you get the SuperSd.
