By request, I designed some adapter boards that replace 42-pin Toshiba ROMs with a 3.3V flash chip (W29GL064CB7S or compatible). These boards include a 3.3V regulator and 3.3V level translators, as 5V flash chips of this size are unobtanium. The design is here, if you would like to make your own: https://github.com/tdaede/toshiba-64mbit-adapter

These are not in circuit programmable, you will need to program the flash before soldering it on.

Thank you so much man! Can't wait to get mine in and test it out. Hopefully this will help me replace the bad CROMs on my MotW cart. I will give an update once installed.

Also make sure you use the latest version from the github repo, v1.0 had A21 and E swapped.

Really nice. Where to purchase?

I have some extra stock, US$10/ea+shipping ($7 us / $13 int) for boards populated with everything except flash (you have to provide the flash yourself and solder it on). PM me if you'd like some.
