12v on MV1FZS

Using a multimeter, shouldnt I be getting continuity from pin 10 on the HA13001 to the 12v on the jamma edge?

Looks like that is not happening. I cant visual see what path it takes between the two points. Suggestions on where to look?

A picture is worth a thousand words, are you able to upload some for us? Using a modern cell phone camera and sites like imgur.com it's a lot easier to diagnose stuff like this.
