Losing MUSHA is brutal, but maybe it'll be in the last 20 somewhere. I'm glad to see Shinobi III confirmed.

I continue to be impressed by the lineup, but I'm becoming increasingly concerned that MUSHA is headed for Japanese exclusivity.

Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle is a fucking god awful, shit tier piece of trash and I wish Sega would stop releasing it on every compilation they put out. I see it’s not on the the Japan release though. Ideally they’d replace it with M.U.S.H.A. like the Japanese edition has.

I still wonder why,alex kidd in the enchanted castle is on the u.s mini.If any thing that's a waste for a slot on the system.Beside the point they all ways put that game on compilations as sort of some weird ritual.

Where's Shadow Dancer? I guess you can't please everyone all of the time. I'm going to wait this one out and see how it plays out. With M2 directing this, it would have been awesome to see them do Shadow Dancer. I'm kind of surprised all the shinobi games weren't just included automatically. It's one of Sega's most popular franchises.

Still baffled why VF2 is on it,it's a terrible version of the game id rather play the arcade orginal or saturn port instead.At least sega had the common sense to included MWIV on the genesis mini.

Alex is historically important as it was one of SEGA's mascots, though Enchanted Castle is weak compared to Miracle World, it'll always haunt western compilations, I guess. Same for VF2, it's just there to prove it was there on the Genny. We should feel impressed. Ah, well...

Most impressive feature for me: Slap Fight MD! Wow, probably only because of the stellar Koshiro ost, but it's a stellar game, too.

Alex The Kidd sure is sega first mascot but i never had a interest in the series.So i see enchanted castle as a waste nothing more.Yeah i notice the jpn mini is getting slap fight i've played it off my everdrive,soild shooter to say at least.Also jpn mini is getting snow brothers how did sega get the license for that ? Since toplan is no more,hell i don't know who has the rights to there ips any more.

You're right, Tron, the Snow Bros license is an interesting question, maybe it has something to do with Tengen Japan, aka Atari? Anyway, Alex is omitted in Japan, because of Super Fantasy Zone, which features Opa Opa, SEGA's real pioneer mascot. Western audiences are blessed with the full mascot line up, Opa, Alex & Sonic.

BTW, it makes me wonder why only Sonic 2 is featured in Japan, since it was an S.T.I. production. Road Rash II is another questionable choice for the eastern market.

I never played VF2 but it can't be worse than Eternal Champions.

But who cares, the thing's gonna get hacked in 1-2 days and you'll be able to put whatever the fuck on it.
