Memory card slot voltage on AES / MVS ?

I looked and serched but i cant find the voltage current the memory card slots provides. Is it 5V,3V or some other value?

Maybe someone knows before i open up my AES and measure it.

Many thanks, this is what i was looking for. So voltage can be 3,3V, 5V or 12V, while the Vcc is 3,3V and 5V.
So im guessing the Neo-Geo gives out 3,3V and 5V at times on the Vcc pin 17. Thats why i have issues with the FRam chips FM28V020, they have only 3,6V max input.
Its better to use FM18W08 then.

Ok thanks for confirming its 5V.
Be aware of that github link, it provides a wrong FRam component and the Neo-Geo will fry them with 5V.
