Screen flicker issue?

Hi all have a bit of a odd issue. My aes has this odd screen flicker going on seems to be completely random and only seems to be happening on Art of Fighting 2 on my crt. Sometimes it happens alot and other times not at all. It happens more when the game is running and characters jumping about. It's like the colours get abit washed out and the screen fades for a sec then back to normal like flashing. Hopefully you can see what I mean from the video.

I have tested on my HDTV and it does not do it. I have tried other games and no other game does this.

So it's either my crt not liking the AES or my copy of AOF2.
