Madworld. I think I started playing it around 2016.
Not sure if I beat any other game, I doubt it.

I just beat Space Mega Force (SNES) and Lords of Thunder (Sega CD ver.) on the 31st; other than SUper Castlevania IV a month and a half ago and Castlevania Circle of the Moon a couple months before that, I think that's all I had time for in 2018.

Nintendo 2DS/3DS:
- Dead or Alive Dimensions (still have some of the harder tag team battles to finish, but I think I cleared everything else)
- Final Fantasy Explorers (still some missions to clear, but I unlocked all 10 mission tiers and saw the ending)
- LEGO Chima: Laval's Journey (100%)
- Mario Kart 7 (everything but the mirror cups)
- Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition (not with every character, but, probably at least 1/2 of them)
- Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call

Nintendo DS
- Games Around the World
- Jonas (Yes, I should be perma-banned for even admitting to owning and playing this, let alone completing it.)
- Metroid Prime Pinball
- Peggle: Dual Shot
- Scene It? Twilight (see Jonas comment)
- Sports Collection

MAME
- Poker Ladies

I haven't, I plan on doing so this year. I hear that its insanely long, so that's slightly off putting this day and age.

Also LoneSage, I did not complete 2 loops on GnG, that's a goal this year as well as I've never done 2 loops on any GnG game due to the amount of patience I need to have

Neutopia (PCE)
Monster World IV (MD)
Jigoku Meguri (PCE/1cc)
Mamono Hunter Yohko (MD)
Valis (Gen/1cc)
Valis III (Gen)
Popful Mail (SCD)
Legend of Oasis (Sat)
Blood Gear (SCDRRS)
Down Load 2 (CDRRS/1cc)

It was very cool to beat the Japanese exclusive action-adventures w/o any translations. MWIV was the toughest, because of some annoying questions in the game and the task to put five statues in correct order. Blood Gear & Neutopia were a cakewalk in comparison. Hunter Yohko is an underrated gem, quite hard, too. After both Valis games, only El Viento remains to be beaten now, the last stage is pure murder, though.

Well, as you may already know, there's more than one version available: Super CD Rom[SUB][SUP][SUP]2[/SUP][/SUP][/SUB] System, Sega CD and Super Famicom are the most known. Both CD ports are quite similar, the cart one stands out, but apparently not for the better.

All three are playable in Japanese, there's only one backtracking puzzle, which could be a little tough without understanding a certain hint, it's still solvable. The story is easy to follow, too, and since puzzles are too easy anyway, you can extend the length of this game by playing it in its original language.

I had the American Sega CD version already, hence I played it in English, but now I'll challenge the SFC port in Japanese. Maybe the Super CD one as well, just to spot differences, compare both. BTW, I played with audio off, because the WD cast got unnerving after a while, it also eased on loading.

I need to clear Deathsmiles 2. I played it for like a week and could get to the final boss, but lost interest.

Yeah, planning on playing the Sega CD version on my modded Wii.

I played through the Megadrive version and yes it was easy to get through. Ive been studying Japanese so It was nice to use it. I plan on going through the PC engine version as well. I might do that later this year
