SNK the Untold Story released in Surinam in 1997
Fatal Fury is in fact a reference to Terry Bogard's initial reaction upon finding this out.
They say that The Crying Game director had a hand in working on Fatal Fury 2

She would moonlight as Mai which is when she met Terry. When he found out she was pre op he also discovered the rising tackle. It's called rising tackle because, you get the idea.
