Cyber security requires a certain mindset, whether or not you have a computer doesn't really matter (bet the guy has a smart phone, tho) in this day and age, specially if you are a minister with a staff of dozens of people who take care of the technicalities.

i would not bet on that. a lot of older Japanese people i know and see here in japan still use what they call かんたん携帯 (Simple Phone) and have used the same phone for many many years.

I was recently talking to a local driver who always calls into radio stations to win shit like concert tickets.

He was saying that ever since his flip phone was upgraded to a "smart phone", he can't win shit. Something about the flip phones calling faster than the regular phones.
