Opening up the game seems like a great idea, until you have to deal with SNK's warranty department.

Just heat them up with a hair dryer, peel them off, inspect the game, and put the sticker back on if it bothers you that much. Hair dryering warranty void stickers has been a thing in electronics for fucking ever. If your going to be a tight ass about stickers I'd be more worried about creasing your fancy holo-label than the warranty sticker.

You can usually see enough to know if it has eproms by just shining a flashlight through the vent grill.
