Hi, after a very long time in the attic I am trying to revive my Neo back to life. After looking around to diagnose the fault I noted my system without cart displays a red screen (work ram fault?) With a cart in the system reboots itself just after the Neo boot logo. Looking at the ram, all the traces look ok, Im not seeing anything obviously wrong. My question is could the chips themselves be the issue? (gone bad?) Would it be a good idea to replace the chips? If someone here could offer any help or advice it would be much appreciated, Many thanks.
