Yep, the process of closing on my place just about mentally broke my wife. I was a hair closer to sanity but that shit was getting to me too. Of course I had the extra fun of state run loans for first time homebuyers which have much stricter rules than regular banks.
I hope everything goes well when it comes time to sign the papers.
My poor wife, holy shit. She needs so many spa days after this.

Closing on our first house had a couple minor annoyances but was pretty smooth sailing. Getting ready to do it again in the next year or so, we'll see how it goes the second time around.
Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.
FHA carries a whooooole lot of paperwork. That was the main "delay" with the bank. They're doing well, I expect my stuff back soon.
A 2nd time around would not be nearly this bad for me.
